[Pkg-julia-devel] [RFH] Julia 1.6.1 and libCurl.jl

Hi all,

short report on Julia 1.6 since 1.7 is already in front of the door:
I have update the experimental branch to include 1.6.1 and adjusted most
of the stuff - as far as I see.

The build goes fine all the way down to the bootstrap step where it
fails with libcurl.jl errors:

I have added the libcurl.jl into the debian/embedded and replaced the
target url with the file url, so it is correctly taken from
debian/embedded, but it seems it isn't loaded.

If some of you have time looking into this, please do so and let me
know.
