I have been investigating a autopkgtest issue of openlibm with glibc
2.38, and after looking at the package and at the upstream status, I
believe it does not make sense to keep the package in the Debian
archive.
openlibm used to be maintained by the Debian Julia Team, but has been
orphaned [1] given Julia was removed from Debian. It FTBFS on armhf,
which is the reason why it is not in testing. It has no reverse
dependencies. In addition, upstream is likely going to disappear, as the
library has been reimplemented in Julia [2].
