[Pkg-julia-devel] vim-julia update

Dear maintainers,

I was wondering if we could package an updated version of vim-julia.
Julia has slightly evolved since the last upload (which was in 2022;
there's a new keyword etc.) so the old version of the package is not
quite as useful anymore.

Technically, I managed to build the new version from the deb source
repository with just `gbp import-orig --uscan`, and all there seems to
work just OK.

Given the "zero surprise" levels of the update, I hoped that any of
you with existing access to salsa+uploads could just do the gbp import
+ upload directly. In the other case, I asked for registration on
salsa GitLab so that I could push this back to salsa; but I assume it
might take some time. Eventually I'll try to do a normal merge request
to salsa + non-maintainer upload via Mentors. Any possible extra
guidance/hints/recommendations for that are very welcome.
