Hi Graham,

I see. I'd rather not adopt yet another package (especially if it's not 
formally orphaned), though I wouldn't mind being added as uploader. I 
would:
- Move the repo under the debian/ namespace, adjust VCS-Urls
- Keep Julia team as maintainer, add myself as uploader and then import 
  the newest upstream release
Any objections to this plan ?
