Alastair put all his packages into SVN repositories, so I prefer to stick
with it.  I went to http://svn.debian.org/ and filed a request for
creating a SVN repository as explained in this page, hopefully it will
be processed quickly.  Once done, I will import your files by running
the following commands (not tested):
  $ tar jxf ckbcomp.tar.bz2
  $ cd ckbcomp
  $ svn -m 'Console keymap tool, by Anton Zinoviev' import \
      svn+ssh://svn.debian.org/svn/pkg-kbd/people/zinoviev/ckbcomp
