Seeing how the goal of this mini-version is to be UTF-8 only, debconf 
questions related to the character map (UTF-8 or one of several legacy 
encodings) is unnecessary. It should be skipped entirely. It is UTF-8.

Additionally, the question about codeset should be clarified. The way it 
is currently phrased, one might think that selecting anything else than 
Uni1, Uni2 or Uni3 will result in a legacy enconding being used. Isn't 
the actual intent is to decide which subset of the Unicode range should 
be available for display, to compensate for the framebuffer's limit on 
the number of glyphs it can simultaneously utilize?
