[Pkg-kbd-devel] Bug#420797: console-setup: wrong default variant for Hindi

The Devanagari variant of the Indian layout has the XKB variant code
"deva", not "dev". The attached patch fixes this in console-setup, along
with the spelling of "Devanagari" (well, Wikipedia says it's Devanāgarī
but I thought it best to stick to ASCII).
