[Pkg-kbd-devel] Bug#478480: kbd: init script should setup /sys/module/vt/parameters/default_utf8

Hello,

In order to have the VT created by the "open" command have proper utf-8
configuration, the kbd init script should echo 0 or 1 to the recently
added /sys/module/vt/parameters/default_utf8 .
