[Pkg-kbd-devel] Bug#486787: kbd: console is not set to UTF-8 mode

After the upgrage from 1.14.1-2 to 1.14.1-3 the console is not set to UTF-8
anymore. This is because the recent changes in console-screen.kbd.sh. 

A patch is attached.

Hint: double check what you have done before uploading to the archive.
