[Pkg-kbd-devel] Bug#506735: kbd: unicode font not loaded correctly on runlevel 1

Ok, I figured it out. My fault... :)

On runlevel 1 the LANG was set to en_US, and later on, it was changed to
en_US.UTF-8, which resolved it.
