[Pkg-kbd-devel] Bug#744973: Error while booting: line 225: /dev/tty~~: No such file or directory

During booting my machine I got:

/etc/init.d/kbd: line 225: /dev/tty~~: No such file or directory


This is a regression because this error was there some time ago than fixed and now appear again in actual "kbd".
No idea what happend there.
