[Pkg-kbd-devel] Initial kbd 2.2.0 packaging pushed to git

Hello Debian kbd maintainers,

I just wanted to mention that I looked into packaging the new
upstream release 2.2.0 of kbd. I also took the liberty to push
my work into debian git repo. (I also had to cherry-pick a number
of fixes from upstream git master branch as debian/patches/.)
My main motivation for doing this is that it'll likely soon
be needed because of the FTBFS with gcc-10 issue.

Please note that some further refinement might be needed.
See for example what lintian says about the shipped .so files.
