[Pkg-kde-extras] Bug#342764: taskjuggler: help files can not be found

Selecting either Help->TaskJuggler Handbook or Help->Tutorial pops up
the KDE Help Center with the message: "The requested help file could not be found. Check that you have installed the documentation."

Docs are installed in /usr/share/doc/taskjuggler, they need to be installed in /usr/share/doc/kde/HTML/$lang$/taskjuggler and the Help menu entry for the Tutorial needs to be tweaked to look for the tutorial.html file. Based on the fact that simply symlinking the installed doc dir into the doc/kde/HTML hierarchy fixes the "TaskJuggler Handbook" Help menu item, but selecting "Tutorial" gets one the main index.html instead of tutorial.html.
