[Pkg-kde-extras] Bug#336895: digikam: Rotating updates image but not thumbnail

Hi John,

you use kipi-plugins 0.1 rc1.  There, the timestamp of an
image is not changed anymore when an image is rotated and therefore
digikams thumbnail code miss that the thumbnails needs to be updated.

I'll upload a fix for digikam soon.
