[Pkg-kde-extras] Bug#339748: kipi-plugins: HTML album export should not put spaces in URL

When exporting an album with an HTML interface, spaces in the name of the 
albums, and specially spaces after "Tags:" are present ; that's confusing for 
some browsers. It would be nice if the kipi-plugins could replace all spaces 
and annoying characters from all URL built, for example with an underscore.
