[Pkg-kde-extras] Bug#332523: kipi-plugins: mpegencoder says encoding was successful even if mjpegtools is not installed

Installed kipi-plugins with all depends, but as mjpegtools isn't available as
a deb package, I missed that, it was not installed.
I tried to encode a presentation out of 5 pictures as a first test and the
encoding was "finished successfully" (said the dialog box). But there was no
output file. Tried the same again and then watched the debugging output.
Here it comes (as I saw the package maintainer seems to be german, I left the
output in german locale as I got it; I hope this is ok):
