[Pkg-kde-extras] Bug#381971: kmplayer should recommend mplayer

i believe that at a minimum mplayer should be in the suggests. i
believe that the doc you refer to leaves open the option to suggest a
non-free package.
i use apt-get and usually install all recommends/suggests.
