14th August 2006
From: Paul Tutu Williams
First National Bank of South Africa.

Dear Sir,

I apologize for any inconvenience this letter might cause you, considering
the fact that you do not know me in person. I am Paul Tutu Williams, General
Manager, (Legal) with First National Bank of South Africa. Presently I am in
London for a three months course.

A client of ours, (name with held) from your country dead in an Egyptian
airplane crash in 1999, he left some amount of money in his account in our
bank before his death. The bank has made frantic efforts to locate any of
his relatives to claim the Money, but all the efforts have been fruitless.
The onus of locating the relatives of the late man totally falls on me and
my office the legal department.

At the board of directors meeting of the bank held recently it was agreed,
that if at the end of this year relates of the late customer was not found,
that the fund will be declared unserviceable and be placed on suspense
account and 10% donated to charity while the 90% will be shared by the
directors.

After the board meeting and the plans of the directors, I became skeptical
and decided to move the money out of the Bank before the end of the year,
since as the legal officer I have the whole details and documents.

Based on this I want to introduce you to the Bank as the relative of the
late customer so that the money will be paid to you, for our mutual benefit.
Be rest assured that I will get all the documentations done in your favor
without any risk attached to it.

Kindly call me for details via Tel: +44 772 257 4332 Fax: +44-870-135-3147
or Email: paulwilliams at o2.pl, also forward your Tel/fax to me so that I call
to explain better and also send the documents to you via fax for your
perusal.

Yours faithfully,

Paul Tutu Williams
