[Pkg-kde-extras] Bug#384257: kbfxconfig.desktop: wrong category

/usr/share/applications/kde/kbfxconfig.desktop currently defines the
following categories:

Categories=Qt;KDE;Configuration;

but Configuration is not defined by the fdo [1] standard. So the menu
entry is put into the correct submenu. You should use Settings instead:

Categories=Qt;KDE;Settings;
