[Pkg-kde-extras] digikam(image)-doc 0.8.2-r1-1 ready for upload

Hi,
just uploaded the 0.8.2-r1 tarballs to sf.net that replaced the old
0.8.2 tarballs in the digikam-0.8.2 release of sf.net.

The repacked 0.8.2-r1 tarball adds INSTALL, AUTHOR, README
to the tarball.  README contains now
(c) and license info that were missing in the 0.8.2 tarball. Making
distribution of the tarball for distros problematic^W a no-no.

If your sf.net mirror is not uptodate yet. tarballs at:

Please upload digikam-doc and digikamimageplugins-doc
