Unfortunately the way 0.8.2 implements, one must have the card mounted before 
the dialog will work :-(

Unfortunately the patch to get automounting working in 0.9 is non-trivial and 
I don't think we can backport easily.

We might have to live with the sub optimal method currently in 0.8.2.
