I have created a new file in kmymoney2. I would like to tailor the
income and expense accounts to match my life. For example, I do not
own a car, so having "Car" and all its subaccounts under expenses is a
distraction.
To delete an account, I right-click on the account (e.g. "Car"), and a
menu pops up, labeled "Account Options". I choose "Delete...", and a
window pops up asking: "Do you really want to delete the category
'Car'". I select "Yes", and the account is deleted.
But the tree containing all the Expense accounts has completely
collapsed, so that the sub-accounts are not accessible anymore; to
examine and edit other accounts, I need to expand the tree again. This
is extremely annoying; there are multiple accounts I would like to
delete or insert, and every time I insert or delete an account, the
account tree collapses, and I must expand it again to get back to
where I want to be.
While it is still possible to use the kmymoney2, this bug makes the
program frustrating to use.
The account tree should not collapse without the user's approval. It
should only collapse when the user clicks on the collapse icon.
