My wife loves digikam, but creates albums outside of digikam.  She
labelled one "scientist #3", and couldn't manage to download images
from the camera into this album.  Renaming the album outside digikam
worked properly.

This was not an issue in the previous version of digikam (I'm sorry, I
can't remember the exact version), so it looks like a fairly recent
bug.
