[Pkg-kde-extras] Bug#350400: digikam does not work correctly over NFS

  when the digikam3.db is over NFS, digikam claims he cannot build the
db. I've been forced to make it a symlink to a local file to make it
work. I suspect it's a locking problem, but at least, the error message
should be more complete (atm it just says digikam is not able to create
the database ?!)
