[Pkg-kde-extras] Bug#372960: kvpnc: Missing dependency on menu

The kvpnc desktop files runs su-to-root, which is contained in the optional package "menu".
kvpnc does not depend on menu, though, which should be fixed.
The bug has been introduced with the fix for bug #359962.
