[Pkg-kde-extras] libkexif, libkipi, kipi-plugins relibtoolize required

Achim,

kipi-plugins and libraries have been up versioned upstream, but require a 
relibtoolize to build correctly.

From the changelogs, you did a combination of grabbing the tools from the 
Debian KDE maintainers and libtool updates.

Can you advise which steps you did and/or do it again to svn archive, as the 
previous patches don't apply cleanly to the new upstream.
