[Pkg-kde-extras] Bug#396538: taskjuggler: has file binding for .tjx but cannot open them

Taskjuggler appears to register a file binding in KDE for XML report
files. Opening a .tjx file in Konqueror causes Taskjuggler to launch,
only to complain that it can only open .tjp files.
