Okay, missing build-dep on libexiv2-dev was all to
fix pbuild on dapper.   Mark when your build problem is
solved, rc1 is ready for upload from my point of view.

Anyone care if digikamimageplugins build agaist digikam beta3
and work with rc1?  If yes, we could upload both at the same
time without introducing a build-dep >= 0.9.0~rc1.
