[Pkg-kde-extras] Bug#390703: Dependancy on libgphoto2-2-dev still necessary

After having a look the dependency on libgphoto2-2-dev is still necessary.

Without it the list of cameras does not appear..

This is I guess really a libgphoto2-2-dev issue.
