[Pkg-kde-extras] Bug#417797: krusader: Krusader changed the permissions of ~/.ICEAuthority

When I try to start krusader at root with Gnome Enviroment, krusader changes the permissions of ~/.ICEAuthority to 
root:root and then some applications couldn't start. Native root mode doesn't work without kdesu and I start krusader 
with bash skript with suid bit.
