Sorry about that circumstances....
But the guy who did the sf project uploads for us, is still absent and 
not responding anyway.
So as soon we have access to the sf project, i will announce it on 
kde-announce and if u want i cc to pkg-kde-extras at lists.alioth.debian.org
So please excuse the delay.
At the moment you can get relatively up-to-date tarballs on 
http://cryptomilch.de/~dgollub/kdebluetooth/
...right now Beta6 is ready.
