[Pkg-kde-extras] Bug#437413: wlassistant uninstallable after kdelibs(4:3.5.7.dfsg.1-4)

On my latest upgrade kdelibs (4:3.5.7.dfsg.1-4) removed kdelibs-bin so
wlassistant is not installable since it depends on it.

I attach a patch to remove that dependecy an add kdelibs which is
supposed to be the right one now.
