[Pkg-kde-extras] kbluetooth autostart script

Hi,
kbluetooth autostart has two problems:
	1) when there's no bt device on login, kbluetooth complains
	   and quits
	2) when a bt device is inserted later, kbluetooth is not started

Appended script kbt-wait fixes both problems (together with the modified
autostartup desktop file).  There's one little problem for kubuntu: kbt-wait
uses python-dbus pkg that is in universe, not in main as kdeblueooth.

It's my first python script, so things can maybe done more elegant.
Please test. Suggestions welcome.
