[Pkg-kde-extras] Bug#457835: kipi-plugins should depend on libgpod3-nogtk

Hello,

I think kipi-plugins should depend on libgpod3-nogtk instead of libgpod3, otherwise, 
you won't be able to install libgpod3-nogtk without removing kipi-plugins and its
dependencies.
