[Pkg-kde-extras] Bug#409519: onlinebanking automatically adds payees before user-modifications

when updating an account through hbci the user can modify the received
transactions.
but the payees provided by the bank are added to the list of payees before
the modifications. so you end up with a polluted payee list, especially with
cash machine withdrawals which have a unique ID as payee. at least with my
bank.
