[Pkg-kde-extras] Bug#399653: konqueror crashes after viewing an mpg video

I was looking at this bug and found that the above has become a dead
link. I dont have a local copy of that file. So there is no way I can
reproduce this bug. Unless someone has a way to reproduce this bug, I
would like to request the maintainer to close it.
