[Pkg-kde-extras] Bug#406311: digikam: Shortcuts for copy/paste of images don't work

I'm trying to copy an image from an album (directory) to another using
copy-paste. This works if I bring up the context menu and select the
commands, but the keyboard shortcuts Ctrl-C and Ctrl-V don't seem to
have any effect.
