Committed a patch for the FTP crash.
Fathi, Rafal, please test it.

The patch doesn't restructure VFS, because we are advancing to the
stable release. Just a workaround fix, but I think removing the
qApp->processEvents() calls are necessary.

Modifications:
- vfs always shows a consistent state. It's state changes only when
  refreshing is over
- vfs_refresh() recursion is disabled. There's a new method, named
  vfs_isBusy() which tells whether vfs is refreshing.
  If vfs is busy, then Krusader tries to refresh the panel 100ms later.
