[Pkg-kde-extras] Bug#431369: wlassistant: Doesn't create the wpa_supplicant configuration file

I am trying to connect to a wifi encrypted with WPA (TKIP-PSK). wlassistant does not create the wpa_supplicant configuration file, so
wpa_supplicant cannot proceed and the connection becomes impossible.

The output on the shell (some private data are hidden):
