[Pkg-kde-extras] Bug#428340: Missing conflicts/replaces of kile-i18n-* packages

Justification: makes upgrade fail

Installing kile-i18n-de yields:
Unpacking kile-i18n-de (from .../kile-i18n-de_1%3a1.9.3-3_all.deb) ...
dpkg: error processing /var/cache/apt/archives/kile-i18n-de_1%3a1.9.3-3_all.deb (--unpack):
 trying to overwrite `/usr/share/locale/de/LC_MESSAGES/kile.mo', which is also in package kile-i18n
Errors were encountered while processing:
 /var/cache/apt/archives/kile-i18n-de_1%3a1.9.3-3_all.deb
E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)

The problem is, that I have the old kile-i18n package still installed and the 
new kile-i18n-* packages are missing a conflicts/replaces: kile-i18n, so the old package is correctly removed on upgrade.
