[Pkg-kde-extras] library transitions: libkdcraw 0.1.1, and soon libkexiv2

digikam 0.9.2 seems to only depend on the updated libkdcraw 0.1.1, and is 
happy with the current libkexiv2 0.1.5.

Should we wait for libkexiv2 release before committing to digikam 0.9.2 
upload?
