[Pkg-kde-extras] add version to libgpod: >= 0.4.2

Achim,

I would prefer not to version the build-depends for kipi-plugins.

kipi-plugins will build fine with the older version of libgpod, it will just 
disable the ipod plugin.  Thus we don't need to version to prevent failure.

The reason to version is that 0.4.2 is the minimum necessary to actually build 
libgpod, but all archs on unstable already have this version, so it is 
unnecessary as the unstable buildd's will all get libgpod-dev > 0.4.2 
allready.

The one thing that a versioned depends does is prevents is backports for 
kipi-plugins to etch and other older distro's that don't support >0.4.2.
