Package: qsynaptics
Version: 0.22.0-6.1
Severity: normal

Under "normal" scrolling mode, when the horizontal scrolling checkbox is
unchecked, the bottom of the touchpad still functions as a horizontal
scroll wheel.

My touchpad, as reported by the synaptics driver, is:
Synaptics Touchpad, model: 1, fw: 5.9, id: 0xa24cb1, caps: 0x804713/0x0
