[Pkg-kde-extras] Bug#416123: dependency on dev package (libgphoto2-2-dev)

Package: digikam
Version: 2:0.8.2-4
Severity: important


Depending on a dev package is wrong, digikam should only depend on
libgphoto-2.0-2.
If that causes problems (as I read in another bug report), please get
this issue fixed properly by fixing the gphoto package and not by adding
this dirty workaround.
