[Pkg-kde-extras] Build issues digikam-doc-en-0.9.2-beta1.tar.bz2

All,

It appears the configure script in digikam-doc-en-0.9.2-beta1.tar.bz2
is expecting to build all lang, not just the en version included. It also
doesn't build the included showfoto..
