[Pkg-kde-extras] debian/ dir inside kwlan 0.6.2 tar.gz

I'm one of the Debian maintainers of your kwlan application.

I noticed that with 0.6.2 you are now shipping a dummy debian/ dir
inside your tarball, which hasn't been configured yet.

Our preference is that you don't ship the debian/ dir in your
tarball, but we would be very interested in you joining us
in our shared area for kde-extras on alioth.debian.org
