could you try strigi-0.5.1-2 packages ?

You could find them in:
http://fboudra.free.fr/debian/strigi_0.5.1-2/

at least, install these packages using dpkg:
* strigi-daemon
* libcluceneindex0
* libstreamanalyzer0
* libstreams0
