AFAIR I was told on #kdeblueooth (IRC freenet) that kdeblueooth
triggers some bugs in bluez < 3.13. My suggestion try downgrading
the dependency, and see what happens.

Both python-qt4* pkgs are required by kblueplugd.
Don't install it and use the kbluetooth.autostart.desktop
that in the tarball instead. Then you can remove
the dependencies.
