[Pkg-kde-extras] kdebluetooth in Debian/Ubuntu

Could someone please tell me whether or not we're building Debian and
Ubuntu packages from the same set of sources. However, the kdebluetooth
Ubuntu packages are definitely different from our svn. Does this mean
they haven't checked stuff in, or is it a matter of them doing their own
thing with this package?
