[Pkg-kde-extras] Bug#441340: Bookmark editor doesn't open.

Like the subject says, all the commands under the "Bookmarks" menu work, 
except for "Edit Bookmarks". I've read in the software's documentation that 
a "bookmark editor" should show up, but nothing happens and I'm stuck with 
the bookmarks that I've added.
